I. to safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interestsBestcryptogamesforandroidAccording to the Foreign Trade Law of the people's Republic of China, the National Security Law of the people's Republic of China and other relevant laws, the working mechanism of the list of unreliable entities is based on articles 2, 8 and 10 of the list of unreliable entities. Decided to include General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and General Dynamics Land Systems, which are involved in arms sales to Taiwan, on the list of unreliable entities, and take the following measuresBestcryptogamesforandroid:

(1) the above-mentioned enterprises are prohibited from engaging in import and export activities related to China.

(2) the above-mentioned enterprises are prohibited from making new investments in China.

(3) the entry of senior management personnel of the above-mentioned enterprises is prohibited

(4) not to approve or cancel the work permit, stay or residence qualification of the senior managers of the above-mentioned enterprises in China.

II. On 16 February 2023, the working mechanism on the list of unreliable entities added Lockheed Martin (Lockheed Martin Corporation) and Raytheon Missile and Defense (Raytheon Missiles & Defense) to the list of unreliable entities and adopted relevant measures (for details, see working Mechanism notice No. 1 of 2023 on the list of unreliable entities). There is evidence that Caplugs of the United States circumvented regulations such as the list of unreliable entities and transferred goods purchased from China to companies on the list of unreliable entities. In order to indicate that there may be a risk of trading with the enterprises on the list of unreliable entities through Capragues, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

(1) when conducting export business with Capragues of the United States, domestic enterprises shall pay attention to identifying the risk of illegal transfer, perform due diligence, enhance the duty of care, and strengthen the management of trade flows, take appropriate measures to ensure that the relevant goods, technologies and services are not transferred to foreign entities on the list of unreliable entities.

(2) Capraggs shall take measures as soon as possible to ensure that the relevant goods, technologies and services procured from China are not transferred to foreign entities on the list of unreliable entities, and submit relevant supporting materials to the Office of the working Mechanism of the list of unreliable entities. Otherwise, the working mechanism of the list of unreliable entities will take relevant measures against them in accordance with the law.
