All parties agree that Nankang Construction and Development or its designated entity plans to contribute no more than 3jigs.500 million yuan to increase capital from Ganzhou Aikang Optoelectronics or transfer equity in Ganzhou Aikang Optoelectronics. After the transaction is completed, Nankang Construction Development will occupy Ganzhou Aikang OptoelectronicsjigsThe equity ratio is no less than 51%.
