Gronghui May 12 丨 Pullitt (002324)(002324fifaworldcupqualifiersinasia.SZ) announcedfifaworldcupqualifiersinasia, the holding subsidiary Jiangsu Haisida Power Supply Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Haisida" or "Party B") recently and Shanghai Hirano Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Hirano" or "Party A"), both parties are based on the principle of mutual benefit, Party B reached an agreement on the sale of sodium-ion battery series products and signed a purchase and sales framework contract.

Haisida and Shanghai Hirano have signed a purchase and sales framework contract with a total amount of not less than 1.5GWh for sodium battery products. The delivery will be carried out in batches from May 2024 to December 2026. The products will ultimately be mainly used in major world-renowned electric forklifts, low-speed vehicles, functional vehicles and other fields. The two sides will use their respective advantages and work closely together to jointly explore the global special vehicle market.
