Midis Muscle (08307) announced that on May 21, 2024, the lessee Medicskin Laboratories Limited (the companygoldennuggetpokerroom) entered into a lease agreement with the lessor, Harbour City Properties Company Limited (an independent third party), for the renewal of the leased property for the Group's lease of property in Hong Konggoldennuggetpokerroomfrom September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2027 (both days inclusive). The property is Room 1201 (12th Floor), Ocean Center, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.

The Group has been leasing the property as its medical skin care center since September 1, 2012. When assessing the options of renewing the existing lease or renting a new centre, the directors considered that the property is located in a popular shopping area in Tsim Sha Tsui, which is conveniently accessible and can be easily reached by the Group and potential customers by public transportation. Renewed the lease agreement to maintain the Group's position in prime locations in Hong Kong.
