[CITIC Prudential Fund Management Co., Ltd. replaces bond fund managers] On May 16, CITIC Prudential Fund Management Co., Ltd. issued an announcement announcing that the one-year fixed bond initiated fund manager of CITIC Prudential Jiafeng would be replaced from Xing Gonghai to Chen Lan. Chen Lan and the existing team will jointly manage the fund.

Xing Gonghai left his post as a one-year fixed bond originator fund manager of CITIC Prudential Jiafeng. Due to work arrangements, he has registered the change with the China Fund Industry Association in accordance with regulations.
